Our position

We respect copyright. This site republishes job notices — most of them public recruitment notifications and newspaper advertisements — for the purpose of informing job seekers. Where possible we credit the source and link to the original document rather than reproducing it in full.

Facts are not copyrightable: that an employer has vacancies, the number of posts, the eligibility and the deadline are information, not creative expression. Where we reproduce a scanned notice or an image, we do so as the source published it for public circulation, and we remove it on request from the rights holder.

Making a copyright complaint

If you own rights in material on this site and want it removed, email us with:

1. Identification of the work you say is infringed.
2. The link to the material on this site.
3. Evidence that you own or control the rights, or are authorised to act for the owner.
4. Your contact details — name, organisation, email, phone.
5. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
7. Your signature — typed is fine on email.

What we do

• We acknowledge within 2 working days.
• Where the complaint is clear, we remove or disable access to the material promptly, usually before entering any argument about the merits.
• We keep a record of notices and of what we removed.
• Repeat infringement by any contributor ends their ability to place content here.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake — you hold the rights, you have a licence, or the use is permitted by law — write to the same address with the link, your reasons and your contact details. If we agree, we restore it and tell the original complainant.

The design, wording, arrangement and original text on this site belong to JobsInKashmir. You are welcome to share links to our pages and to quote short extracts with attribution. Systematic copying, scraping or republishing our listings as your own is not permitted.
